The details you share
Our enquiry forms ask for your name, phone number, message and, where relevant, your business and town. Email is optional. Please don’t include payment information, passwords or sensitive documents.
How enquiries work
If the website’s private inbox is connected, your enquiry is saved there for the signed-in shop owner to respond. If it isn’t connected, the form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. It tells you which method is being used. An enquiry is not a confirmed order.
WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Directions open Google Maps. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts. This site has no advertising trackers or customer account system.
Your information and feedback
The shop uses enquiry details to discuss your request. They are not published on the storefront. Contact us to ask about your details or request removal. Customer reviews are only published after owner approval; tell us if you don’t want your feedback shared publicly.
